The circumstances surrounding Brandi Mallory’s death are mysterious, and the time leading up to her death is even more mysterious.
According to a police report obtained by The Blast, the late entertainer who rose to fame following his appearance on season 4 of the ABC series “Extreme Weight Loss,” was found dead in his vehicle after stopping for his last meal.

New details about the media personality’s death have emerged days after he breathed his last. The police report on the incident shows that the authorities were unable to reveal the exact cause of Mallory’s death. However, they have discovered what happened in the reality TV star’s final moments.
The strange manner of Mallory’s death began when the 40-year-old was out for dinner on November 9. The TV personality parked his car in a shopping center lot and was last seen alive buying food from a local Chipotle.
According to the report, Terry Davis, owner of the local Mccallister’s Deli, encountered the vehicle in the parking lot around 6 a.m. on Nov. 9 “with a woman in the driver’s seat who appeared to be asleep.” The eyewitness didn’t suspect anything was wrong until several hours later when he noticed the woman in the car “didn’t appear alert, conscious or breathing.”
Worried, Davis called 911, and responding officers pronounced Mallory dead at 8:55 a.m. Authorities discovered Mallory’s last movements by reviewing surveillance footage in the area, which showed him arriving at the parking lot at 5:53 p.m. and purchasing food from a local Chipotle.
After the purchase, Mallory returned to her vehicle at 6:01 p.m. but never exited again.
Initial reports assert that there is no evidence of cheating at this time; however, officers from the Homicide division were alerted to the situation.
At this point, the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy and toxicology report to determine the exact cause of death.

Mallory’s death comes nearly a decade after the media personality rose to fame as a contestant on the show “Extreme Weight Loss.” The entertainer documented her impressive fitness journey on the reality series in 2014, entering the show at 329 pounds, per Hollywood life.
During the show, the social media influencer lost 151 pounds and left the program at an incredible 178 pounds. However, his inspiring weight loss almost never happened because the 40-year-old initially applied to star on the show “The Biggest Loser,” but the contestants thought he was better suited for “Extreme Weight Loss.”
In a 2018 interview with Atlanta journalist Kirby Carroll, Mallory revealed she was inspired to lose weight following the death of her older sister at age 29. At the time, the late entertainer said:
“I literally wake up every day like… this might be the last day I wake up, like, I don’t know what’s going to happen to me. When you play in your mind that I might have to do something about my weight because I’m afraid I might die too, then you might have to pay attention to things like that.”
Because of her zest for life, Mallory continued her fitness journey after the weight loss show and regularly documented her progress on Instagram. The influence stopped her intense exercise routine on September 12, less than two months before her death.
In addition to sharing her fitness goals, Mallory gained more followers by showing off her makeup skills. The late media personality also has a knack for fashion and enjoys spending quality time with friends, as seen in the content she uploads on her Instagram page.
Naturally, more than 135,000 followers of the deceased were very saddened by his passing and shared many sad reactions on his page. According to her released obituary, Mallory’s funeral will be held on November 19 in Lithonia, Georgia.
