The rapper is known to let loose a lot, so it’s no surprise that he’s being sued for assault by an older man who claims the rapper pulled out and punched him out of nowhere on the set of an unofficial music video shoot.
DaBaby had demanded a few months ago that the trial be withdrawn. He is busy and seems unable to attend court. But the victims are enough; he wants the criminal case to continue as soon as possible so that all this can be resolved.
The claim begins in 2021,; the defendant named in the legal documents is Gary Pagar, who wants “justice.” Pager wants the respect he and his house deserve.

In the civil suit, Pagar claims that he rented out his Los Angeles home to the rapper and his crew. But almost immediately, DaBaby was accused of breaking the rules. One rule is that no more than 12 people can be on the property at once.
Chances are, this older guy has no idea who the rapper is because DaBaby, who rolls with an entourage, has more than 12 people on the property. DaBaby also stayed at the house while filming the video there.
When Pagar realized that more than 12 people were in the house, he went to his house and found 40 people in the house. He confronts DaBaby and demands people leave the house.

While he was bragging in his hit “Suge,” DaBaby allegedly slapped the dog out of the Fence, he also allegedly spit on it and chased it around the house. They argued back and forth, which led to a punch, according to witnesses speaking.
DaBaby punched several of Pagar’s teeth out of her mouth and threatened her not to call the police, according to legal documents. Fences accused the rapper and his friends of trashing the house and causing a lot of damage.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office charged DaBaby with felony battery, and for months, the rapper’s legal team has been looking for reasons to delay the trial. DaBaby claims he will be forced to invoke the fifth amendment during questioning in the civil case unless it is delayed because of other issues he could get in trouble for.

Victims are sick and tired of waiting. He said he was “attacked and brutally beaten”. Pagar also said “many eyewitnesses gathered around Pagar and [DaBaby] at that time knew the fact to be true.,” that he had been attacked.
“The whole incident was also evidenced by several videos—taken on cell phones by eyewitnesses,” Pagar revealed in a motion that fellow real estate agent Patrick Michael testified that he saw DaBaby attack Pagar that day. He testified that the rapper “punched” his friend, the homeowner.
DaBaby has a bad record in public fights. He allegedly physically strangled the brother of his baby mama DaniLeigh amid a messy child support and custody battle.
