Facebook suspends ‘Libs of TikTok’ for violating its community standards

The popular right-wing social media account “Libs of Tiktok” has been suspended by Facebook for violating the website’s community standards.

“The Libs of TikTok page has been disabled for violating our Community Standards,” Facebook told the account, according to a screenshot of its email posted on X.

“You cannot visit the Page and you will not be able to add new people to work on the Page,” the blunt email concluded, without specifying which guidelines the account violated.

Post has contacted Facebook for comment.

Libs of TikTok — which prides itself on exposing the hypocrisy of the left and “woke” liberals — was launched in April 2020.

Since then, it has amassed millions of followers across TikTok, X, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook, where it posts liberal videos speaking out about gender identity and controversial culture war issues.

Facebook previously banned the account last year after staff at Children’s Hospital Boston said they received threats following a post that claimed minors were given hysterectomies as part of gender-affirming surgery.

The account was founded by 28-year-old millennial Chaya Raichik — who clashed with New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez earlier this year when the two bumped into each other on Capitol Hill, where the congresswoman called her “super transphobic.”

Raichik has served an ethics complaint from the Heritage Foundation Oversight Project to the AOC office accusing him of defaming Raichik during a House Oversight and Accountability Committee hearing in February.

During the trial, the AOC claimed that Raichik lied when he claimed that Boston Children’s Hospital offered the surgery.

In September 2022, Twitter — now X — also suspended Libs of TikTok for alleged hateful behavior — a month before Elon Musk bought the platform for $44 billion. Twitter has suspended the account several times before.

The Post sent a message to the Libs of TikTok Instagram page asking for comment on Facebook’s decision.
