Hilary Swank isn’t done carrying a new life in her womb yet!
The beloved actress couldn’t resist sharing one of her best moments from her pregnancy with her eager fans on Tuesday, reminding them of her joy at finally becoming a mother. She recently welcomed twins — a daughter and a son — with her husband Phillip Schneider, whom she has been married to since August 2018.

Even though it’s been over a week since she welcomed her twins, Swank is still excited. In fact, the “Beverly Hills, 90210” star put particular emphasis on one of her main points during the nine-month journey that led to her becoming a mother.
The 48-year-old beauty, who announced the arrival of her children on Easter, uploaded a nude black-and-white photo which she called “one of my favorite moments.” In a flash, the brunette was seen with downcast eyes as she carefully cradled her baby bump with one hand and used the other to protect her exposed breast.

In the caption, she credits celebrity Brian Bowen Smith for capturing the moment by “giving birth to my baby on earth” and “meeting and marrying my husband.” The mother-of-two added that she was 27 weeks along when the portrait was taken and praised Smith for his “incredible talent and steadfast friendship” that she considers “the ultimate.”
As expected, the picture caught the attention of thousands of her fans and they immediately expressed their love for Swank in the comments section. “Wowsers ❤️❤️❤️ there is nothing more beautiful than a woman who creates life!,” one fan wrote while another commented, “amazing picture ? sending you and your family all the best wishes, love & support on an amazing journey this.”
A third person called the photo, “stunning,” and a fourth claimed, “A picture, like heaven [and] beautiful like this, worth more than mere words. It’s a world unto itself!” Swank’s photographer also chimed in on the comments, saying, “Such a beautiful existence. It is truly the honor of a lifetime to share this with you. I love you.”
The “Boys Don’t Cry” actor announced the birth of his bundle of joy in an Instagram post featuring a photo of him in a bathrobe. She placed her babies on each shoulder and leaned the camera to catch a glimpse of the sun doing its thing. Underneath the post, the doting new mom typed:
“It is not easy. But boy (and girl!) is it worth it. ????? Happy Easter! ??. Sending from the holy Heaven.”
According to The Blast, the Academy Award winner first announced that she and Schneider were expecting their first child together in October of last year. Not only did she express how excited she was to begin her motherhood journey, but she also referred to the pregnancy as her “double feature” on Instagram.

“You just announced that your father died a year ago, and this miracle happened.”
Swank took the opening as an opportunity to share that her baby was due to arrive on her late father Stephen’s birthday on April 16, confirming that it was indeed a miracle. News of the intimate detail is sure to shock fans, especially since she paid tribute to a veteran who died four days before publicly announcing her pregnancy.
In a memorial dedication shared via Instagram, the Screen Actors Guild Award recipient marked the first anniversary of the Air Force veteran’s passing with a compilation clip showcasing different moments of his life. The Blast observed that she captioned the heartbreaking update:
“I can’t believe it’s been a year since you changed. You are missed immeasurably and forever in my heart.”
ICYMI, the father of the Free Spirit Award winner died at UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center in Westwood, California on October 1, 2021. His family indicated, through his obituary, that he was surrounded by love from his famous daughter and brother, Dan Swank.
