Fans Believe Russell Brand Is Being Silenced For Speaking ‘Truth’ Against Government

Russell Brand continues to be the name on everyone’s lips after he was accused by four women of sexual abuse in a disturbing Sunday Times exposé.

However, many of his fans believe it is nothing but a concerted effort by the government to silence the English actor as he has spoken out against them in the past.

Fans Raise Concerns That Russell Brand’s Allegations Are Backing Him

Over the weekend, a joint investigation by The Times, The Sunday Times and Channel 4, revealed that four women accused the “Get Him To The Greek” actor of sexual assault between 2006 and 2013, when he was a presenter for BBC Radio 2 and Channel 4.

The first woman claimed Brand raped her without a condom against a wall in his Los Angeles home, preventing her from leaving his home. Another alleged victim, who was 16 at the time of their relationship, accused the media personality of sexual assault and emotional abuse.

Brand, who is 30, reportedly engaged in “beautician behavior” with the underage victim. The third woman claimed to be a colleague of the actor and was attacked while she was working with him on a project. He even threatened legal action if she spoke about it.

A fourth woman revealed that Brand was sexually assaulted while in the United Kingdom and also physically abused her. In all this, the 48-year-old man has maintained his innocence, claiming all relationships were “consensual” in a video shared to social media.

He claimed that the accusations were nothing more than a “coordinated attack” from a TV and newspaper company that had sent him letters containing “attacks” of “aggressive attacks” in the past. He has received endorsements from the likes of Elon Musk and Andrew Tate.

Fans online have also sided with pop singer Katy Perry’s ex-husband and have shared their thoughts on why the allegations are nothing but lies.

One Internet user claimed, “They go after people who speak out against the MSM narrative They try it with Trump, Tucker, Elon I support Russell ?.” Another fan shared the same sentiment, writing,

“They are just trying to cancel it. Funny “they” know, you can not prevent the movement of people. We stand in solidarity for truth, peace and most importantly love. That’s what Russell tells us. From the heart.”

This Twitter user believes that while Brand may not be entirely innocent, the allegations have been exaggerated. “I’m sure he’s done some things in his time that crossed the legal/illegal line, but was it until he was accused of it?” asked the fan.

Another netizen observed, “They all care so much about Russell Brand but not one ☝️ person in Epstein’s flight log has been caught.”

One fan who believed the comedian was being tried by the media wrote, “Hard, feels like a trial by the media. The worst I think he was actually accused of was picking up a 16 year old girl from school and going back to her place. As far as I understand, 16 is the age of consent in the UK, and as long as he agrees to this, no offense has been committed. As for the rest, it seems unfounded so far, but maybe that will change.”

Why Do Fans Believe Brands Are Targeted By The Government?

It’s no surprise that the “Army Of One” star has a strong online community for him, given how he speaks out against the government and politics.

Amidst his claims, his former clip during an interview with Bill Maher saw him blast the government about how they are dealing with COVID-19.

Against Maher’s warning that “this is not the place,” Brand recites facts about how the pandemic created “40 new big Pharma billionaires” and how some companies are making $1,000 a second.

“More than two-thirds of Congress received campaign funding from Pharmaceutical companies in the 2020 election,” the comedian claimed. Brand challenged that the American government was creating an economy where pharmaceutical companies profited greatly from medical emergencies.

Additionally, a viral video on TikTok by a mystery woman claims that she was contacted by a reporter from The Times after she spoke about the weekend she shared with Brand.

He claimed that the news company wanted to create a documentary about the actor’s wrongdoing but did not use his story because he described Brand as an “idiot” who took advantage of him.

Accused actors too got the support of Katie Hopkinsan English political commentator, who believes Brand is being attacked by the “left”.
