According to the “Ghost Whisperer” star, it’s “Time to improve ?️” and so she chopped off her blonde locks, revealing a rather stunning burgundy bob.
In a video shared by the 44-year-old, Heweitt is first seen sitting in a hairdresser’s chair, looking down, with longer blonde locks. A quick cut and haircut later, she was seen wearing a beautiful bob which she fluffed and primped before winking at the camera and blowing a quick kiss. Hewitt wore a gray casual shirt with two chains with a heart and horseshoe pendant and wore a nose pin.
With a big smile, Hewitt looked very happy with the result, which made the fans happy for him too.
Fans loved the cool casual vibe of the hair change, as one person wrote, “I remember when I was young in ‘Ghost Whisperer’ I loved seeing her hairstyle change so often before the new season and I thought it was really cool to change her hair like that (I’m in a family that rarely sees any change in hair color or style). As I got older I realized how much fun it was. Now I can’t [stop] changed.”
Another also fanned the bob, writing, “The new act is beautiful. No offense but blonde is not your color.”

While Hewitt’s hair transformation seems to have gone down smoothly, fans are wondering what happened to the new look and if it was just social media filters that allowed the change, or actual plastic surgery.
The “911” actress looks a lot different from her on-screen appearance with plump lips, brighter eyes, raised eyebrows, and even a sharper nose…
Comments quickly began to flow when Hewitt posted pictures of herself before and after the hair change, and one follower wondered, “Is that a filter or plastic surgery?” This prompts die-hard fans to ask, “Is that your business or his?”
Hewitt turned 44 earlier in February, and at the time had posted, “Woke up at 4am and was 44! I am incredibly grateful, blessed, happy, sometimes insecure about aging, mother of three amazing babies, married to the most handsome and amazing man, and so excited to see what this year has in store for us.”
It seems fans have picked up on some “insecurities about aging” as he elaborated, “He’s said it before he’s aware of aging. I think he’s just using a filter.”
Another disappointed fan also said, “Where’s Jennifer? That doesn’t look like him.”
Given this photo of Hewitt with her late mother, it looks like things have changed for the “Party of Five” star.

Hewitt’s “fall style” hair shows just how much she loves the glitz and glamor of the holiday season – and in fact, her Instagram Stories reflect that too, as she posts multiple pictures of all things pumpkin, Halloween and fall. One of her latest videos is also about the Holiday season and how she can’t believe her youngest son Aidan is already two years old!
Fans loved her upbeat video, writing, “I’m so excited about this! Your enthusiasm for the holidays is contagious! I really like your hair!!!”
Clearly, this is one happy mom, who doesn’t care what people think of her hair or her new look as she continues to live her best life with her family. Hewitt married actor Brian Hallisay in 2013 and has three children – daughter Autumn James, in November 2013, son, Atticus James in June 2015 and finally, in September 2021, Hewitt and Hallisay welcomed their third child, a son named Aidan James .
Now that little Aidan is a toddler too, it looks like this fall is going to be even more special for the Hewitt/Hallisay household. Meanwhile, filter or no filter, Hewitt looks like a beautiful woman as she paints the city red, or is it pumpkin spice?!
