This is not something which we take for granted, but his termination is in the best interest of the company.”

Stelly went on to explain why he felt the woman accepted his threats, writing, “She also knows where I and my three children live, because I’m a public figure and this information is available online. Because of his behavior I am very erratic and not slowing down even though I keep blocking his account, I am afraid he might show up at my place of business or my home and try to hurt me or continue to antagonize me.”

She continued, “It’s been three months since he was fired, and he has a new job, but has stopped harassing and threatening me. Unless a workplace violence restraining order is made against him to stop his harassment, I fear he will only continue to escalate his threats against me, the business my family and I.”

Unfortunately, Lisa goes on to say that it is difficult to raise her three daughters as a single parent, but more than that, she has worked hard to build the Fancy Sprinkles company from the ground up and establish her brand. He described the business as his “life’s work” and detailed why he can’t just bail on social media because of its importance to the company’s success.

The good news is, a judge agreed and ordered the woman to stay 100 yards away from the family. Additionally, the judge noted the order was based on a “credible threat” of violence or stalking. Additionally, the person has been ordered not to harass or threaten them on social media.
