The 29-year-old fitness trainer is about to turn 30 any day now, which is why she jetted off to Greece to celebrate her big birthday!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, Jen sits on a ledge by a rooftop swimming pool, dangling her feet over the edge as she captures the sunset. Her long brown hair flowed back as she showed off her toned figure in a red thong bikini.
“Santorini sunsets are a daily dose of vitamins for my soul. Every sunset paints its own story. Today’s chapter is filled with gratitude,” he wrote in the caption of his Instagram post, adding, “An amazing view from @kivotossantorini.”

Fitness trainer Avital Cohen commented “Magical sky” before adding, “Glittering beauty is the only word for you.” Model Vasilka Stoyanova even called her “Beauty” as fans continued to pour in her stunning videos.

Two days before she left for Greece, Jen shared a video of herself posing on a balcony in a blue bikini and blue flip-flops. She snapped her fingers to change into a blue sports bra and matching high-waisted skirt with a blue Chanel bag. She headed to the water’s edge to show off some corners of her outfit.
“Happy Friday! I’m excited about my Greek adventure for the big 30! ?? On my way to my first stop, Santorini! Leave your restaurant recommendations and must-visit hidden gems below – you know your advice is like gold to me!” she wrote in the caption of this Instagram post, adding, “The @revolve matching set will be linked on my LTK!”

Avital Cohen commented on this post as well, writing, “Beautiful dress. So amazing” as fans showered her post with suggestions. “Definitely check out the volcanic black sand beaches like Perissa, Kamari, and Perivolos,” one fan wrote.

Just before she left on her trip, Jen picked up another light blue dress as she shared a video of her preparing oatmeal for her breakfast. Good morning, fam! Here’s your favorite new oatmeal hack! Mash your bananas before pouring them into the oatmeal – game changer!” she wrote in the caption.
Jen revealed she uses oatmeal, unsweetened coconut milk, mixed bananas, chia seeds, cinnamon and vanilla extract, in her dish, but didn’t share the quantities of each ingredient. She recommends adding oatmeal to a mixture of peanut butter, blueberries, coconut flakes, coconut yogurt, bananas and strawberries.
