The 30-year-old fitness trainer took to Instagram to share another workout video with her followers, but fans had a lot of questions about her barely-there outfit, as her gym color matched her skin tone so well that it was almost invisible!

Fans had to take another look at Jen’s latest Instagram video, as her gym tan blended so well with her glowing summer tan that it looked like she wasn’t wearing anything at all. He steps out onto his balcony and grabs a pair of bright green dumbbells as he leads his followers through a series of exercises designed to give them a serious core burn.
“Total body. Build your core with this Dumbbell Stand Exercise!” she wrote in the caption. “If you’re looking for a sign to start your fitness journey, this is it! We all have moments where we’re looking for that extra push to be the best version of ourselves.”

In another Instagram post set to a radio remix of Cee-Lo’s “I’ll Be Around” featuring Timbaland, Jen jumps into a gray workout bra as she gets some cardio on her stair climber before grabbing some free weights to do some strength training.
She makes sure to start her workout with stretching and gentle yoga first. Her dog, Gram, seems only too happy to stretch right next to her but seems to stay away from her while she literally breaks a sweat every day!
“The secret of motivation? Make exercise a habit, not a chore. When you make exercise a part of your daily routine, it becomes as natural as brushing your teeth in the morning,” she wrote in the caption. “It’s no longer something you have to force yourself to do; it’s something you look forward to, knowing how much better you feel afterwards.”
She also tagged Alo Yoga for her outfit, as always. “Your apartment must be the bomb with that view!” shouted a fan. “We love a good view,” replied Jen. “Jen’s energy is immeasurable,” one follower wrote to which Jen replied, “Thanks boo.” While one user slammed the “same workout,” Jen replied, “Yes. Consistent.”
Jen Shares Her Recipe For Crushed Turkey Patty

In another recent Instagram post, Jen shared a recipe for crushed turkey patties, which she made in a BlendJet! She took two eggs, two slices of American cheese, some shallots, broccoli, a pinch of salt, garlic powder and organic ground turkey, for this recipe.
As always, Jen can’t help but spill some on the counter when she makes her creations! He then flattens it on a tortilla and drops it on the pan to cook. He adds some cheese to melt on top of the tortilla and then folds it and cuts it in half to create a delicious sandwich!
“Blender alert! Upped my kitchen game and made some delicious ground turkey crumble bread. You won’t want to miss this!” he wrote in the caption. “Take a picture and let’s go viral, fam! Who says healthy can’t be delish?” Fans couldn’t help but agree, showering her posts with “delicious” and “delicious” comments!
