The popular fitness trainer celebrated her 28th birthday with a trip to Disneyland and followed up with some photos of her posing in a pink see-through dress that showed off every curve of her toned body!

On Tuesday, October 24, the popular fitness model shared several photos of herself showing off the front – and back – of her pink see-through dress. The high slit showed off her tanned skin while the strappy sandals showed off her pedicure. She wore a headband that read “Birthday Girl” and let a small silver handbag dangle from one hand. In the final slide of her carousel, Lindsey turns to show off her booty to the camera. Her close friend, fitness model Claire Stone, did the same!
“28 years today,” he wrote in the caption of his Instagram carousel. “This past year has been one of the most transformative years I have ever experienced. I have learned that you show up differently when you are emotionally, physically and spiritually healthy. This last year’s lesson had A LOT to do with the environment & people I was surrounded by. I was drowning in toxicity in all areas of my life: work, relationships & friends. I try to please others which results in me neglecting myself.”

She admitted that her mental health was “at an all-time low,” adding, “I show up every day with a smile on my face, but I’m really struggling with my anxiety & depression inside.” She continued, “Fast forward to now, and I’m so grateful for the people around me. I have the most amazing friends, clients and workplace that all fit in with my improved mental health.”
“Yes, of course, I still struggle with anxiety & depression, but the difference here is that I am surrounded by people who truly care about my well-being. I really learned what it means to take care of myself mentally and physically. This past year has been a very transformative time for me and I’m excited to share more with you,” he concluded. Moral of the story: you are your own hero & you can do anything you set your mind to.” She closed her post with a red heart emoji and several hashtags, such as “birthday cake,” “birthday girl” and “birthday weekend.”
Lindsey Got The Best Birthday Surprise Ever!
A few days ago, the social media sensation shared some photos showing her having a birthday surprise at the happiest place on earth! The blonde beauty wore the same “birthday girl” headband with classic Minnie Mouse ears. She wore a short-sleeved romper that hugged her toned body along with white crew socks and white sneakers as she spent her birthday at Disneyland. In the caption of this Instagram post, she wrote “best birthday surprise ever” along with hashtags like “blessed life,” “Disney Life” and “happy day.”
