Lindsey’s first Instagram post of 2024 was a selfie she took of herself barefoot in front of a mirror wearing a long-sleeved striped top and black underwear. A geotag places it in Los Angeles, California. In her long caption, she gave her fans some advice for the new year. “It’s that easy you guys!! EVERYONE starts SOMEWHERE,” he wrote. “It doesn’t matter where you start, as long as you START! Take that step forward and begin one of the most rewarding journeys one will ever take in life.”
“I am very passionate about fitness and its direct connection to mental & physical health,” she continued. “Most people think that all gym goers are in the gym simply because they want to improve their physical appearance. While that may be true for some, it certainly isn’t true for all. The confidence & mental strength that comes from pushing yourself to the limit is the most powerful thing that can come from being dedicated to the gym.”
“The way I see it in my own journey as well as the journey of my clients really fills my heart with joy and gives me a lot of purpose on this earth. I know God created me to motivate, inspire, & lead people to success so that’s what I will continue to do. Taking the first step is the hardest part, but nothing good comes easy. In another Instagram post, the social media sensation showed off her short new haircut and toned figure in a one-piece bodysuit. She paired the look with a white headband, white socks and white shoes. “Exercise is more fun in a cute workout outfit,” she captioned the video set to Nicki Minaj’s “Pink Friday Girls.”
“You inspire me to spend money,” one fan teased. “You’re the cutest!!” shouted another follower. “I love this dress,” a third fan chimed in. “I’m literally at the gym right now and I’m like, ‘She’s so cute,'” another follower shared while many fans praised her “cute” and “gorgeous” gym fitness. She shared three pictures of herself from behind, including one that featured her flexing at the end of a carousel. His back muscles could be seen rippling under his tanned skin as he held his hands up in front of his face, revealing his biceps.
