Instead of posting pictures of the damage, Lindsey took to Instagram on Friday, September 8, to post a photo of herself kneeling on the beach at sunset as she reflected on how thankful she was to be alive following a serious car accident. he was the day before.
“Yesterday I was involved in a pretty serious car accident and it allowed me to sit & reflect because of the concussions I had,” he wrote. “I am very grateful to have left this situation with my life because it could have been worse.”

“I’ve grown so much in the last year mentally and physically that allows me to look at this situation with a different perspective,” he continued. “The older version of me may not have been affected by this incident affecting my work, body & car, BUT the growing Lindsey knew there was nothing she could do. The only thing that is in my control is how I choose to handle this situation.”

“Many of you have sent the sweetest messages and I truly appreciate every single one of them. A lot of you have commented on how it seems like I’ve been thrown more than I can handle, but that’s not true,” he said. “God protects me and won’t let me go through anything I can’t handle (and that’s the same for you).”
“Despite the challenges I face, I have peace knowing that God will lead me to where He wants me to be. He will teach me the lessons I need to learn to become a stronger version of myself,” he added. “He would guide me through the journey and remind me that I was not alone.”
