In one of her latest Instagram posts, the social media sensation started her carousel with a photo of her meal, which looked nutritious and delicious. She then followed it up with a photo of herself in high-waisted blue leggings and a matching sports top that didn’t hide her toned stomach.
A third photo showcases even more of her toned physique as she stands barefoot outside a swimming pool, striking a pose for the camera with one skinny leg crossed over the other. Her drawstring bikini complimented the definition of her toned stomach while showing off her tanned skin.

The rest of the photos feature a mirror selfie with friends, a card game, a delicious meal set in front of her, a mirror selfie featuring her in a string bikini and more shots with friends. In the caption, Mariana said that she is, “Eating well, taking care of my body, being around like-minded people, living with intention, smiling a lot, letting my kids out, working alone & traveling”

In another Instagram post, Mariana couldn’t help but show some more photos from her trip to Tulum, Mexico, where she revealed that she had just organized her first wellness vacation, which couldn’t have been better. After saying that her heart was “so full of gratitude,” she went on to say, “To take a vision out of your head and see it come to life in such a short time is something very profound and magical.”
“My mission is to create a safe space for others to grow, change and reconnect. I take us on a different journey every day to nourish our bodies, our minds, our souls. We push ourselves to the limit and come out on top. This is just the first day,” he continued. “I will continue to travel, redefine health and provide space for us to grow together.”

Popular models are always on the go! Although she recently organized her health vacation in Mexico, she actually started the month in Dubai. She shared a video of her adventure, starting the carousel with a photo of her walking out onto the balcony before jumping into bed in a luxurious white bathrobe.
After she hits the gym for a leg day, she heads to the spa to be pampered with massages and other treatments. She then heads to the pool, works on her skin and relaxes in the water, before she heads out to enjoy delicious food, upbeat tunes and enjoy the nightlife.
