Celebrity fitness trainer Senada Greca shows her followers some great exercises to get a stronger core.

The founder of Zentoa usually fits at least one day into her weekly routine and fans can see why! After adding weights for extra resistance, Senada shares an ab workout that’ll have abs burning for days!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, the popular fitness trainer grabbed her pup and two dumbbells as she stepped out for a workout in a two-piece bathing suit from her own Zentoa swimwear collection.

“Abs Workout Sunday – aka active rest day – while taking a rest day is a great way to recover, I believe it’s perfect to keep the body moving every day,” she wrote in the caption. “Be sure to save and crush this one and share it with your friends.” Each slide of his post contains a demonstration of a new ab exercise, from cross-body weighted reaches to supported pike ups.

Fans love his workout. “Will do this one today!” shouted a fan. “Great core workout and I love the obliques movement,” another follower shared. “Your core training never disappoints,” a third fan chimed in. “Looks like a fun day,” shared another follower.

Other fans took the time to comment on her pup and her figure. “That dog doesn’t work hard,” one fan teased. “This girl has muscles in her toes!!!” shouted another follower. “Watching your body, alignment, and strength in movement… it really blew me away. Sanada Greca Works On Her Legs Three Times A Week!

While some people only include leg day once or twice a week in their routine, Senada revealed that she works her legs three times a week. He hit the gym for some serious weight lifting in another Instagram video featuring his landmine goblet squats, glute-focused rear extensions and walking curtsy lunges. In the description of the post, he explains how long he does each exercise.

“Walking cheat?!! Great!” commented a fan. “Amazing exercise,” Senada agreed. “I train lower body 3x a week using your gym 20. Lower the focus. Almost every day my feet are toast,” another follower shared. “You have to wear a Wonder Woman costume at all times. You’re amazing,” a third fan chimed in while another follower called her “so cool.”

Sanada Also Has an Amazing Full Body Workout!

In addition to her abs, upper body, and leg workouts, Senada also shares full-body workouts designed to train the entire body in one day. In the caption, she wrote, “This is my full body cardio session. So much goodness in this workout. I can’t wait for full body days and hope you love it as much as I do.”

Even though he was doing cardio sessions, fans could see that he was still lifting very heavy weights while working out in socks. He does exercises like dumbbell squat swings, chest flies with pike ups, and reverse rows with push-ups to get his whole body moving.

“Honestly, I don’t understand the first exercise at all, you squat before you actually swing the weight very far, and you stand back up before lifting the weight with your legs… it’s not a kettlebell swing nor a deadlift or a squat… where do you think this works ?” asked a fan. Sanada replied, “It’s a full body workout. Your core works for stabilization, your legs and glutes work as well as your back, shoulders and arms.”

Another follower asked, “Do you do all 4 sets of each exercise before moving on to the next or do you do each exercise for 8-12 reps and then repeat for 4 rounds?” Sanada replied, “I did this as a circuit. So 1 set of each exercise (repeat on both sides if applicable) then on to the next exercise and so on, then repeat the entire circuit 4 times. Hope this helps.”

A third fan asked, “Is this a real workout for you or is it just a picture and you do more?” Senada replied, “This is a real workout that I do 1 time a week in a circuit format.”
