In one of his latest Instagram posts, the Zentoa founder shared his recipe for protein-packed pizza. In the video, she leads her followers from clip to clip as she makes the crust, prepares the sauce, prepares the toppings, and enjoys the slices!

“Protein Pizza- 27 grams of protein, easy, delicious, gluten free, healthy individual pizza,” he wrote in the caption. “You can make this vegan if you include an egg for the flaxseed meal and use a non-dairy cheese.”

“Did you know 1 medium Cauliflower contains about 11 grams of protein?” he asked. “First time doing this and I will do this again and again. So easy and delicious. This is really easy but you can get creative with the toppings which are cleaned, washed, salted, and boiled until soft about 1/2 of the cauliflower.”

“You can tell if it’s cooked right when a fork goes in very easily but the cauliflower is still intact and not too mushy,” she revealed.

“While the cauliflower is boiling make the tomato sauce: 2 medium tomatoes; 3 cloves of garlic; sprinkle salt; basil; and olive oil.

After setting the sauce aside, fans can make the cauliflower dough. “Once the cauliflower boils, strain it well and squeeze out the excess water,” he instructed before telling his followers to add an egg and mash and mix properly.

She then drizzles extra virgin olive oil on the pan and coats the cauliflower dough tightly on the pan. Sanada then adds some sauce and refrigerate the rest for later.

Senada noted that he added whole milk ricotta on top of the pizza but noted that fans can add whatever type of topping they want to their own pizza.

He bakes his pizzas at 400⁰F or until the edges are browned, which usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes.

“If you don’t mind me asking, and your body looks completely glowing like it just glows from within, but have you done anything cosmetically to your face or is this just your normal glow from constant exercise, healthy eating habits? ” asked a fan.

Senada replied, “I moisturize my face and body well after washing. On my body, I like to use oils like jojoba, olive oil, and coconut oil. On my face, I like to keep a non-drying routine and I hydrate with a good cream. Also, I switch my foundation to Dior and it gives that dewy look.”

“I’m surprised you didn’t dry the cauliflower first – that’s been my constant in the past doing this – was it dry enough in the oven to keep the shell from forming?” another follower asked. “I did dry it but it definitely needs more drying, but I can’t wait,” replied Senada.
