In one of her latest Instagram recipe videos, Senada shows her followers how to make their own tzatziki sauce while wearing a Zentoa black bikini top with her own design. Her long dark hair was tied back into a sky bun as she chopped dill, minced garlic and sliced cucumber.

“The healthiest, tastiest and easiest Tzatziki dip to make – try this homemade Tzatziki Recipe and you’ll never buy store bought again. Enjoy,” he wrote in the caption before explaining why this meal was important to him.

“Growing up in Europe this was my favorite dish. I could eat this with a spoon. Full of protein, creamy, garlicky, and delicious,” he explained. “You can use different types of vegetables as dipping vehicles. I used zucchini. You can also use it on bread/pita or use it as a sauce for your sandwich.”

Sanada uses 5 oz of 5% Greek Yogurt as a base. He explains that you can use 0%, but 5% fits his macros, which is what he uses. He then adds 0.75 ounces or a “handful” of finely chopped dill. He also incorporates 5 cloves of minced or grated garlic but notes that fans can use more or less garlic to suit their preference.

He also uses 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of red wine or rice vinegar, noting that both the amount of olive oil and vinegar can be increased or decreased depending on individual taste. He also added half a grated cucumber and a pinch of salt to finish the dish.

He uses lightly salted zucchini as a dip vehicle because it’s his “favorite” but he reminds fans that they can “use a variety of vegetables, bread, pita, or just eat it with a spoon.” She also told her followers that she had uploaded the recipe to her CrushIt! app, where she posts all her workout programs and recipes.

Fans Have Mixed Feelings About Matching Recipes!

While some fans tried the recipe and called it “very tasty and delicious,” other followers felt that some of the ingredients he used detracted from being a “real” tzatziki sauce. “You don’t put vinegar in tzatziki sauce and yogurt is gross. Try using sour cream,” one user suggested. “You don’t know,” another follower responded.

“You need to press the cucumber with two hands to dry it before you put it in,” another user recommends. “Squeezing the cucumber juice before adding it to the yogurt will prevent the yogurt from being watered down. Do not throw away the cucumber juice. I always drink it,” another follower added.

“How long does it last in the fridge?” asked another fan. “It will last well for a few days. It doesn’t last for me because I’ll eat it in a day or two, but I’d say at least 5-7 days. The only thing that’s going to start happening is that it’s going to turn sour,” Senada replied.

Some followers just want to attack Senada’s figure! “Good God! You’re like a Greek Goddess mixed with a Marvel superhero!” a fan erupted. “The grazed loins are all kitchen work!” shouted another follower. “So this is the first time I’ve seen you cook and I have to say I didn’t think you could get any sexier but you sure did!” shouted a third fan.
