In one of her latest Instagram posts, Senada is wearing a sports bra and black sweats as she whips up a batch of delicious protein banana chocolate bark in the kitchen. After sandwiching a slice of banana between two pieces of parchment paper, she combined chocolate and milk protein powder and spread it on top of the banana layer.
She then melts the dark chocolate with a little coconut oil and melts it in the microwave while sprinkling chopped walnuts on top of the protein powder layer. Once the chocolate melts, he pours it on top and makes sure to lick the spoon when he’s done.
After another sprinkling of walnuts, he put them in the fridge for about an hour to set. When he was done, he took it out and enjoyed the food. He didn’t say how many dishes were made, but it looks like they might be gone in one go!
“Protein Banana Chocolate Bark – so easy to make and so delicious. No added sugar or required, This is a must try! Very nice,” he wrote in the caption. “Put it in the fridge until it sets. This does not need to be diluted. You can eat right away.”
Regarding the ingredients, Senada wrote:
1. 2 ripe bananas
2. 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder mixed with 1/2 cup of almond milk (I use vanilla without sugar)
3. Melt dark chocolate, 75g (I use sugar-free, 100% cocoa) with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
4. Chop walnuts and drizzle on top
5. Layer the melted chocolate and add a little more walnuts (if you like)
Fans Love the Equally Delicious New Recipe!
One of the reasons fans like to come to Senada’s page is because he tries his best to answer all the questions left by his fans. “Do you eat chicken? Steak? Curious…” commented one fan. “Everything. I’m not strict at all, just balanced, prioritizing protein,” replied Senada with a smiley face emoji.
“This looks exciting. Can be made with many fruits. You are a gem, thank you,” wrote another follower. “At all. Be creative,” Senada responded with an emoji of two raised hands.
“Let your stomach breathe…” commented a third netizen. “I’m breathing normally. Lol,” replied Senada. However, many fans agree that it looks like Senada was “sucked” during the video. “I thought the same thing. He was moving so awkwardly as if trying to take a picture while also being ‘nonchalant’ and looking uncomfortable. I mean she has a great body and she can relax!” another follower responded.
“I made this last night and it was amazing! My kids love it too!” another fan shared, back to the recipe. “I immediately thought it looked so kid-friendly!!” shouted another follower.

“How do you calculate de macros for this?” asked another fan. “You can literally type every ingredient into Google and do the math,” another follower suggested. “Add it all up and eat half of it,” another user suggested. “Just know it’s a ton of carbs,” said another netizen.
“Darling I don’t like bananas. What can you replace it with?” asked another netizen. “The softest fruit. Give an example,” replied Senada.
“Can you use honey to balance the bitterness of cocoa?” ask another user. “Bananas do a great job at that, believe it or not. My partner hates bitter taste and he really likes this recipe but you can do it for extra sweetness,” replied Senada.
