A Florida Instagram star with 1.8 million followers was arrested for tricking out his Dodge Charger to look like a police car — complete with sirens and lights.
Iulia Pugachev, 28, of Hollywood, was charged with impersonating a Florida Highway Patrol vehicle, failing to register a vehicle and misusing a dealer’s license plate, officials said.
Police were conducting an unrelated traffic stop in Miami on Tuesday when they saw Pugachev drive by in what appeared to be an official law enforcement vehicle.

The Dodge Charger has a paint job similar to a highway patrol cruiser — along with emergency sirens and light bars.
Pugachev — who owns several car-related businesses with her husband — also slapped a sticker on the side of the vehicle resembling a police badge.
He told officers he was test driving the vehicle before being forced to have it as part of his security service fleet.

“Mrs. Pugachev stated she asked the wrapping business next to the mortuary to wrap the vehicle in black and brown because she had previously seen an FHP marked patrol unit and fell in love with the color scheme,” an arresting officer wrote, according to Local 10.
He was hit with a misdemeanor rap, and the car was impounded.
“As a reminder, it is a first-degree misdemeanor for a vehicle to be painted with the same color scheme prescribed for FHP vehicles,” the department tweeted after Pugachev’s statue.
