Florida man with Tupac’s ‘Only God Can Judge Me’ tattoo appears in court twice in 2 days after stabbing homeless man

A Florida man with a tattoo of Tupac Shakur’s “Only God Can Judge Me” lyrics appeared in bond court twice in two days this week on drug and assault charges after stabbing a homeless man

Guillermo Vives, 32, is a career criminal who has been in and out of prison for more than a decade and found himself back behind bars this week, WPLG reported.

A homeless man told Hialieah police that Vives broke into his tent and demanded drugs from him before stabbing him early Thursday morning, according to a police report.

Vives, who was out on Miami-Dade County bond for possession of cocaine, was later spotted by police muttering to himself and holding a knife, which he refused to drop.

He was finally taken into custody around 2:20 a.m. after officers tasered him twice, according to the outlet.

Vives was booked by Miami Dade officers on a warrant for possession of cocaine and additional charges from the stabbing, including aggravated battery with a weapon causing serious injury and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He appeared in court before Miami-Dade County Circuit Judges Christine Bandin and Milton Hirsch on Thursday and Friday.

In 2020, he was arrested in Miami for strangulation, false imprisonment, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, WPLG reported.

He was sentenced by Bandin to two years of probation beginning in July 2022 — but Vives was indicted on charges of lewd or indecent exposure at a correctional facility earlier this year.
