A Florida woman begged SWAT team officers not to confiscate her sex toys when they searched her backpack for drugs last week, according to police.
“Don’t take my dildo,” he asked officers from the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, according to arrest documents obtained by Smoking Gun.
While executing a search warrant around 5:45 a.m. on November 21, police searched 27-year-old Ariella Messina’s backpack.
Inside, they found loose yellow pills in a bag kept inside a pack of Newport cigarettes, a crystal-like substance and a blue vibrator.
Officers wrote in the police report that he admitted “that the backpack was his and that he was aware of its contents.”
The pills were later identified as Teva 3926 diazepam pills, better known by the brand name Valium.
The crystal substance tested positive for meth, police said.
Messina, who is on probation for a previous cocaine conviction, was one of five individuals arrested at Jensen’s Beach residence after police seized cocaine, meth, drug paraphernalia and brass knuckles.
The drugs were in a locked safe at Messina’s residence, according to court documents.
He was booked into the Martin County Jail on two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance without a script.
He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond, the Smoking Gun reported.
