A Florida woman was arrested Sunday after she threw dog poop in her 76-year-old neighbor’s face during an argument.
Kali Robertson, 28, was walking her dog through her mobile home lot in St. Petersburg around 8:30 a.m. when he and the elderly man began arguing, according to a criminal complaint obtained by The Smoking Gun.
The man would “always talk to her while she was walking her dog,” police said, but this time he reportedly said something that made Robertson “upset.”
That’s when he picked up an “unsecured bag of dog poop” and shoved it in the man’s face, leaving “poop smeared on his face,” the document alleges.

Robertson is then accused of throwing the bag on the ground and storming off.

The woman was charged with battery of a person over the age of 65, a third-degree felony.
Robertson pleaded not guilty to the charges.
