The singer, who was a former member of One Direction before going solo, took to her Instagram story on Thursday and admitted she was never good at singing as she posed sexily for the camera.
While trying out the bright light for the video, Payne asked her friend, Hadley Anne, what she was supposed to do with it. “Am I supposed to look sexy, like…?” he wondered as he struck a few poses for the camera.
His friend then suggested he sing a song, to which Payne admitted, “Can’t do it. Never do good.”

Payne recently poked fun at his viral accent moment at the 2022 Oscars. While talking about the Will Smith/Chris Rock slapstick at the Oscars, the singer used what sounded like a weird mix of American and Irish accents.
In a nod to the viral moment, Payne published several clips in which he tried to impersonate Elvis.
In the video, Payne’s new girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, can be seen covering her face as the singer turns the camera to capture her. She was wearing white shorts and a pink hoodie as she laughed at her hilarious Elvis impersonation.
He captioned the video, “I’m doing an accent too… it’s night time but it’s Christmas,” according to Daily Mail.

In June, the singer revealed that welcoming his son, Bear, damaged his relationship with his ex, Cheryl. The “Strip that down” singer welcomed her son with the “Girls loud” singer in 2017.
Payne spoke candidly on Logan Paul’s “Impaulsive” podcast, where he admitted his struggle to become a father at the age of 23.
“I love talking to other new dads. You never know what’s coming and it’s different. And to be honest with you, it ruined the relationship for me at that point but for all the right reasons. I was so excited for him to be born that I was actually worried that I wouldn’t love him enough,” he said per Daily Mail.
Payne, 29, also had noteworthy praise for her ex, saying, “She’s the best mom in the world,” and she couldn’t ask for more.
“I can take my son to school once or twice a week and it’s the best thing. The relationship we have now as friends is growing.
“We broke up for some reason and now he gives me full autonomy in my life and doing what I do and I know he (Bear) is taken care of. He was all he cared about and I couldn’t have asked for more. They live like three minutes from my house,” he said.
