The actress was sued to review her financial records after a former business partner claimed that Bryan owed nearly $109k. The suit alleges the former child actor allegedly defrauded his ex-partner out of a large sum of money by “falsifying” a contract on a 2021 film titled Warning.

Bryan was granted an “enforcement of judgment” request on August 28 obtained by Online Radar. The letter was no joke, it read:

“YOU ARE ORDERED TO APPEAR in person before this court, or before an arbitrator appointed by the court, to provide information to assist in the enforcement of the money judgment against you.” He wants Bryan to appear at a court date scheduled for November 2nd in Los Angeles.

During this court hearing, the investors are looking for Bryan to reveal his bank records and to find out the most effective way for the money to be collected. Online Radar reported a while ago that Bryan and his production company, Lost Lane were asked to pay $108,940.57 after not responding to initial paperwork. He was sued for fraud, misrepresentation and breach of contract.

The lawsuit surrounds the movie starring Thomas Jane, Patrick Schwarzenegger, and Alex Pettyfer. The investor claims he gave Bryan a $60k investment in the film but says the contract he was given in 2019 was a “scam”.

The investor insisted that the contract given to him was “doctored to imitate the original and valid Investor Agreement.”

There Are Other Red Flags

The contract called for some manipulation. “A valid Investor Agreement has been signed electronically by AMARAN.” The lawsuit continued. “The Fraudulent Investor Agreement was not actually signed by AMARAN. The WARNING signature has been forged in handwriting.”

But apparently, “Unbeknownst to Plaintiffs, a valid Investor Agreement was never signed by Amaran.” The money scandal cast a shadow over Bryan who was already looking like a freak after his last few media appearances.

A month ago he was arrested for domestic violence he was charged with fourth degree assault, strangulation and inference by making a report. Thankfully, for him, he was able to plead guilty to the lesser charges of misdemeanor menacing, and misdemeanor assault.

More Strikes For Zachery Ty Bryan

In 2020 after leaving his wife, he brutally attacked his girlfriend. He allegedly woke her up in the middle of the night, dragged her out of bed by her hair and started assaulting her. It is said they eventually made it to the stairs where the attack continued, with him shouting about the phone charger.

He allegedly punched and slapped her on the head and face several times and put her knee on the back of her neck. He also allegedly strangled his girlfriend until she felt like she was going to die.

Yes, Bryan can’t afford another bad incident.
