“I was overwhelmed at the time,” Storm admitted. “I’m excited and happy because I feel like I’ve been given a second chance in my career, and it’s not over yet.”
Storm continued, “When I left WWE, I had no intention of going anywhere else. It’s kind of — we don’t have a lot of time without taking up too much time, but I left suddenly. I wasn’t ready for life outside of that at all,” adding, “So I’m very grateful that Tony Khan reached out and gave me a job, a second chance, and a chance to do what I love, which is professional wrestling so… I excited.”
