Billy McFarland was just trying to make money, but the Bahamas told him to do it elsewhere!
Billy McFarland A Refugee In The Bahamas
The entrepreneur just bragged about how excited he was to get out of jail and drink energy drinks again. He also started a new secret business called “Pirate” and although not much is known about it, he has shared videos on his TikTok about the venture and apparently sending random people on a trip to the Bahamas.
On TikTok, he shares videos of himself hiding bottles and starting his new business that looks more like a game. Whoever finds the bottle is rewarded with what appears to be a trip to the Bahamas.
In a separate post, a man was allegedly in the Bahamas and thanked McFarland for the experience. He gets on a jet ski and lives it up while praising Billy for the opportunity. That being said, his TikTok followers still can’t understand this weird business and we think the Bahamas can’t either and that’s probably why they’re so quick to block it.
Bahamas Want Billy McFarland Away

The Island is not interested in McFarland or any of his shady business practices after the Fyre Festival debacle and they have let him know in a legal document stating that they really don’t want him there.
In a letter addressed to McFarland and making the rounds on social media, Chester Cooper, the Deputy Prime Minister signed the letter which read, “The public is advised that no application has been made to the Government of the Bahamas for the consideration of any event promoted by Billy McFarland or any which entity or party is known to be associated with it.”
It goes into detail why they want him away from their Island. “McFarland was the organizer of the Fyre Festival a few years ago, a famous farce for which McFarland was convicted and sent to prison in the United States.”
The Bahamian government shows great concern with what McFarland is planning to do there given his history and is just trying to stop any illegal activity in the first place!
Bahamas ‘Not Supporting’ His Efforts
Facts
The Bahamian government may be trying to cover their back if something goes awry. “The Government of the Bahamas will not endorse or approve any event in the Bahamas associated with it,” they continued.
Then they dropped the bomb. “He is considered a fugitive, with several complaints pending against him with the Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF).” And keep asking for help finding business owners.
“Anyone who knows his whereabouts should report the same to the RBPF,” they asked. This letter, of course, has made chatter on social media increase about McFarland.
Twitter Thinks Billy McFarland Is Crazy

“Well, this is awkward,” one Twitter follower reacted. “It’s a start,” said another follower. “#fyrefestival #billymcfarland Pure rubbish for not paying Bahamians,” said one upset follower. On TikTok a follower joked about a fan who won a lost trip.
Others pointed out that this was probably an old Fyre Festival video and joked that the guy who won the trip and the guy on the trip were clearly two different guys. “My favorite part is that you even include the pig from the first scam.”
“That doesn’t look like the same guy at all, he grew a full beard in a week?” Yikes.
Is Billy up to his old tricks again?
