G Flip is celebrating a massive musical success!
The “I’ll Be Your Man” singers released their second album last week, are on tour, and are having fun with their partner Chrishell Stause!
On Friday, G Flip took to Instagram to celebrate the one week success of “DRUMMER” and share their praise with their followers and fans. Various aspects of the musician’s recent accolades certainly hit close to home; many recent G Flip success stories have happened in Australia!
In their latest Instagram post, G celebrated the special appreciation their new album has achieved in its first week of release.
G Flip Opens Up About The Inspiration Behind ‘Drummer’
Earlier this month The Blast took a look at G Flip’s sophomore album and shared many of G’s thoughts on their dream project. The “Good Enough” singers also gave their fans a preview of each track on “Drummer” in a recent Instagram post.
G Flip put their younger selves at the forefront when it came to the inspiration behind their sophomore LP. Speaking to NME, they discussed their younger selves’ attraction to drums in pop music.
“Growing up watching pop music icons, I never saw an artist whose main instrument was drums. I want to make the album my own son dreams of, a pop/rock hybrid but with drums in the front. Combining moments of groove, tempo, feel and drumming while still making catchy pop music,” they told the publication.
Australian Listeners Feel the ‘DRUMMER’ Groove
On Friday afternoon, G Flip posted a series of black-and-white photos on Instagram, along with the album’s position on multiple Australian music charts!

The “Rough” singer wrote, “wow weeee Australia ?Thank you to everyone who has bought this record, who has streamed it, who has supported me in any way possible, who has come to one of my shows since I was 15. G is on tour in Australia and will be doing some shows in the US next month! (per The Blast)
Stause was more than ready to celebrate his partner’s success! The “Selling Sunset” star recently celebrated G’s new record at a release party in Los Angeles with some of her cast mates from the Netflix reality series. G stars in multiple episodes in this latest series, the sixth.
Stause commented on their couple’s photo, “I’m not surprised but I’m so happy for you! Your art is somehow as amazing as your heart. Soak in my love ❤️????”

The duo has certainly enjoyed the fruits of G’s music career: the couple on the set of G Flip’s music video for the song “GET ME OUTTA HERE.”
Stause talked about meeting G Flip and the relationship they developed on the set of their music video at the fifth season’s “Selling Sunset” reunion.
“It started just because I was going to be in their video,” Stause explained at the time. “And it’s about this chaotic love story. Not everyone is going to be ready for that, but I think it’s great.”
