Gabi Elnicki Admits She ‘Still Feels Violated’ By Zach Shallcross

Gabi Elnick is one of the three women left on Zach Shallcross’ season of “The Bachelor” entering Fantasy Suite week.

Going into Fantasy Suite week, Shallcrosss decided to make a “no sex” rule because he wanted to focus more on the emotional side of the relationship than the physical in an effort to not let things get messy a week before a potential engagement.

However, things don’t go as planned, as Shallcross breaks his rules after admitting to sleeping with Elnicki. Not only did she break her power, she then went for a “kiss and tell” as she opened up to host Jesse Palmer and another contestant, Kaity Biggar.

“The Bachelor” runner-up Gabi Elnicki is opening up, admitting she’s “still getting over” her relationship with Zach Shallcross.

“I am not a person who holds grudges against people. I don’t hold a grudge. I can’t stand my anger… [but] I’m still a little sore,” he told Kaitlyn Bristowe on the “Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe” podcast. “Do I think I’ll be, like, friends with Zach? No. Am I still angry and hurt? Of course.”

“But he will marry one of my close friends, hopefully, and I plan to stay in Kaity [Biggar] his life,” he continued. “And, you know, for me to harbor hatred for him and anger and hatred — I hope I can let it go at some point.”

The “Bachelor” star continues to open up, admitting she still feels “violated” after Shallcross told the world he had sex with her during Fantasy Suite week. “I think, at this point, I still feel violated,” she continued on the podcast. “And I’m still getting over it… I don’t feel loved. It is a profound and painful rejection of such a public platform.”

Kaity Biggar recently went on the “Here for the Right Reasons” podcast, where she was asked if she and fellow contestant Gabi Elnicki would remain friends, and she quickly replied, “Oh yeah! We’ve already traveled together! We been to Florida. A lot of girls came to Austin for the premiere.”

She and Elnicki, along with Ariel Frenkel, who finished third this season, and two other “The Bachelor” 27 contestants — Jess Girod and Mercedes Northup — all plan to visit Miami, Florida together for a girl’s trip at the end of April.

“We’re all very tight,” he said on the podcast. “I have a very good relationship with a few girls, but I would say the closest to me that I can foresee being at the wedding is definitely Ariel.”

“He is a big supporter and has always been there for me throughout this,” he continued. “Gabi, he and I are very good friends. And Jess and Mercedes, for sure. They are my girls.”

Zach Shallcross and Kaity Biggar got engaged at the height of “The Bachelor” and remain together to this day. After the final aired, Shallcross spoke of her love for Biggar and how he was always the leader in her eyes.

“She was, from the beginning, someone who just radiated everything I was looking for — that kindness, a loving, funny, sweet, independent, beautiful person,” Shallcross tells PEOPLE. “I’ve always felt very attracted and attracted to him, and he’s someone that throughout the process, it became so easy in my mind that this person is my future and I want to spend my life with him. I fell in love with him and was like, ‘I don’t can lose him. He’s mine.'”
