There’s no two questions about it, Gabrielle Union doesn’t seem to be getting any older, period. Last year in June, she showed fans how hard she goes to the gym as she showed off her exercise routine but also said, “My weight fluctuates due to my perimenopause and my hormones, so I was advised to give up gluten, dairy, alcohol and caffeine . to help regulate my hormones and reduce memory fog, depression, insomnia, hair loss, bloating and all the ?? fun side effects.
