Career
He started his career as a screenwriter. He once contacted the writer of the Indian reality TV comedy show ‘Comedy Circus’ through Facebook and asked him to allow him (Gaurav) to work as his assistant. He had met various Indian comedians on the show and decided to make a career as a stand-up comedian. He then began performing comic acts at various stage shows and live events. He worked as a comedian in the TV comedy show ‘Comedy Class’ (2015). The show gained popularity with the character of Selfie Mausi played by Indian comedian Siddharth Sagar.

In 2017, he made his acting debut with the SAB TV series ‘Sajan Re Phir Jhoot Mat Bolo’ where he played the role of Deepak Tijori.
