“Ocean’s Eleven” actor George Clooney recently admitted that he never had a falling out with his wife, Amal Clooney. The couple married in 2014 and are parents to twins Alexander and Ella Clooney.

George and Amal joined CBS Mornings in an interview where they were asked how to have a successful and loving marriage. The couple recently celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary after meeting in 2013 through close friends.
In response to the question, both revealed (per Yahoo) that love is an important factor and that they have yet to fight in an interview in their almost decade. The “Up in the Air” actress explained, “It starts with love; that’s the whole secret. It’s just easy. Like the easiest thing in our lives so far. We never fight.”
Amal confirmed her husband’s statement and revealed that some of their friends considered their relationship “crazy”. “I think 99 percent is lucky just to meet the right person,” said the lawyer. “And I think one thing we’re going to take away is to not be cynical… and I’m surprised that you’re not cynical or controlled at all and things just move so fast.”
George Clooney Says He Was ‘Taken’ By Amal On Their First Meeting

George and Amal are initially introduced to each other by mutual friends and are immediately attracted to each other. They spent the next few months communicating with each other via email until they finally met for their first date in London.
Recalling the moment they first met, George said, “It was simple; it was the minute he walked in the door, I was just taken by him. And the fun part is, I don’t know if he’s going to like me or any of that. And then she was an incredibly fun, smart, beautiful woman, and I was very attracted to her, and I started writing her letters.”
The human rights activist lawyer for her part revealed that she never imagined that she would spend the rest of her life with the 61-year-old man. “I met him, and I thought, ‘I’m so happy that there’s someone like him in the world,'” Amal said.
“I never imagined that I would spend the rest of my life with him or that we would have this wonderful family. It surprised me.”

Amal joked, “Our son is now a big joker. And basically you taught him this lesson, and now he’s mocking his father back.” George also revealed that Alexander wasn’t particularly impressed with his previous role as Batman, despite the character being the five-year-old’s favorite superhero.
“Alexander’s favorite superhero is Batman, and I said, ‘What’s your favorite superhero?’ and he goes ‘Batman,’ And I go, ‘you know, I’m Batman,’ and he says, ‘yeah, but not anymore,’” the 61-year-old said. “If only he knew how true it was.”

In a 2020 CBS Sunday Morning interview, George talked about his marriage and how meeting his wife changed “everything” for him. “There is no question that having Amal in my life changed everything for me. No question,” said the “Ticket to Heaven” actor.
“It was the first time that everything he did and everything about him was far more important than anything about me, and then we had these two cocks,” George added, talking about their twins. The actor explained that being with his family was “very satisfying” and a twist in his life that he didn’t expect.
