Canalis, 44, married Perri in 2014 after she dated the movie star for two years from 2009 to 2011. Although she hasn’t been specific about the date of the split, she knows for sure that she’s over the relationship.
The former couple likely want to maintain a good relationship because they share a daughter together, Skyler Eva Perri, 7. Canalis is seeking joint legal and physical custody of Skylar. So far Canalis is only focused on his daughter.
According to a legal document obtained by Explosion, he hasn’t made an offer for spousal support and seems to want custody first. Spousal support can be requested at a later date. He also did not say how they would divide the property they might share.
