George R. Robertson Passed Away At The Age Of 89

George R. Robertson, a Canadian actor, died on January 29, 2023, at the age of 89. He is best known for his role in the film Police Academy. George’s family confirmed that he is at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center in Toronto, but his cause of death and medical history are unknown at this time. A memorial service is planned for March of this year, and the family has asked everyone to donate money to Homeless Youth or UNICEF Canada.

George R. Robertson plays Police Chief Henry J. Hurst In the movie Police Academy.

George appeared in a variety of films in recent years, but he is most recognized for his turn as Police Chief Henry J. Hurst in the Police Academy film trilogy. The protagonist was first the chief of police before being promoted to the position of commissioner. He disagrees with the mayor’s policy, which states that the Police Academy should be open to everyone, regardless of gender, age, physical disability or other factors.

He intends to force some cadets to resign by screening out those who are overweight, obese, or too muscular. But when he saw the success of Lassard’s academy graduates, he admired them even more. Henry began promoting Lassard’s school at various events, although he disliked Harris and Mauser’s banter. He is constantly concerned about Commander Lassard’s actions and thus develops an intolerance towards acceptance and knowledge.
