A Georgia man was arrested after a substance on a paper he gave to two police officers allegedly caused them to feel dizzy and have trouble breathing, according to a report.
Little Gaston Stone, 51, was charged with aggravated assault after he walked into the Smyrna Police Department with paperwork complaining about Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and recording the interaction, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
The officers began experiencing “extreme fatigue, chest pain, chest tightness, dizziness, and difficulty breathing” after touching the paper, the newspaper reported, citing an arrest warrant.
They were taken to hospital and are recovering.
Stone was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and remained in the Cobb County Jail without bond Friday, inmate records show.
The Atlanta FBI field office told Fox News Digital that it was “assisting Smyrna with the testing of potential evidence” from the paperwork.
In October, Stone reportedly pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats and was sentenced to a year of probation after being charged in 2021 with threatening to blow up a building.
