Gia Giudice has called out her uncle Joe Gorga following her Instagram post showing a reunion with her father, Joe Giudice. He took to the comments section to blast the property developer, calling him an opportunist for using the reunion to gain influence despite his strained relationship with his father.
Gorga responded to Gia’s statement by asking her to “get the hate out of her heart.” In a previous interview, she shared that her criticism of Joe was because she was trying to protect her sister, Teresa Giudice, who was married to Joe at the time.

Taking to the comments section on Gorga’s reunion post, Gia criticized her uncle for trying to gain influence through a one-time reunion with her father.
“This is really funny knowing you were with him for less than 5 minutes and [were] can ask someone to take a video of the interaction; Meanwhile, all you do is talk bad about my dad,” the 22-year-old said, seemingly referring to the instance when Gorga slandered Joe on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
The aspiring lawyer further said of his uncle, “you are very fortunate to take advantage of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet my father and use him for office.”
Joe and Gorga’s sister Teresa were married for over two decades until they finalized their divorce in 2021. Besides Gia, they share three other daughters.

The video Gia commented on showed Joe sharing a hug with his former brother-in-law at a bar in the Bahamas. Gorga is vacationing in a tropical location while Joe has been living there since being deported from the US

Gorga captioned the video, “Both walked into the same bar at the same time. Lots of history there. We have memories from childhood.”
He also shared his happiness that his former brother-in-law is in good health.

Following Gia’s statement in the comments section, Gorga responded to her criticism by admitting that she had indeed insulted her father in the past.
However, he noted that their reunion was “nice,” adding that Gia was only feeding his heart with unhealthy anger. He said, “we both said horrible things about each other. It was a good moment. We have a lot of history. Get the hate out of your heart.”
The real estate developer previously addressed his criticism of Joe during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” last March. At the time, she shared that she was just protecting her sister, who was divorcing Joe.
“Before that day, my sister told me that they were going through a divorce, and she told me all these things that she said to him,” Gorga said, referencing the hot episode of “RHONJ” Season 12.
She added, “So I sat there, and I thought about all this, and then we had that episode a few days later, so I exploded, and it was my sister — I was trying to protect her.”

After finalizing her divorce from Joe, Teresa later married Luis “Louie” Ruelas in a romantic ceremony in August 2022. Gorga and his wife, Melissa, were conspicuously absent due to their long-running feud with the “RHONJ” star.
Teresa was left to walk down the aisle without the support of her brother or her father, Giacinto, who died in April 2020.
Her solo act really impressed Gia, who opened up about the moment in a recent interview Page Six.
“Not many women can say they walked down the aisle alone,” Gia said of the memorable moment. “And also, the nerves of walking down the hall alone, like, I must have gone crazy!”
He also praised “the strength it takes [Teresa] to walk down the aisle alone,” adding that her mother “looked so beautiful and so smooth doing it.”
