Gisele Bündchen has broken her silence.
The supermodel and Tom Brady finalized their divorce on October 28.

Through her Instagram Stories, Gisele opened up about her and Tom’s decision to end their 13-year marriage.

It seems that they both kept this promise to their three children. Gisele and Tom share Benajmin (12), Vivian (9) and NFL star son Jack (15), from a previous relationship.
Page Six learned that the couple each completed a “Parent Education and Family Stabilization” course before finalizing their marriage.

According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Tom completed the course on October 25th and Gisele completed it the following day on the 26th.
The former Victoria’s Secret model’s certificate states the course is “required.”
Florida law requires courses to separate or divorce parents. This course is designed to help educate, train and assist parents in dealing with the effects of divorce on parents and children.

Gisele’s IG statement continued, “The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have separated and even though it’s hard to go through something like this, I feel blessed. For the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always. I respectfully ask that our privacy be respected during this sensitive time.”
Explosion recently reported on Tom’s individual social media statement.

“Recently, my wife and I finalized a divorce from each other after 13 years of marriage. We reached this decision well and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always make sure they receive the love and attention they deserve,” Tom wrote in an Instagram Story. “We came to the decision to end our marriage after much consideration. Doing so is, of course, painful and difficult, as is the experience of many people who go through the same thing every day around the world. Anyway, we just wish the best for each other as we move on to whatever new chapter in our lives is yet to be written.”
The star QB concluded his statement, “And we respectfully ask for privacy and respect as we navigate what will happen in the coming days and weeks. Thank you.”
