The supermodel was spotted out and about in Miami, Florida on October 4, the same day that reports came out about the divorce attorney. Bündchen wore a white tank top and gray pants and walked to the gym, carrying a water bottle and what appeared to be exercise equipment, according to reports.
However, when looking more closely at his hands, many noticed that his fingers were exposed and there was no wedding ring on his finger.
Despite the report, Bündchen has not made a statement regarding the status of her relationship with Tom Brady for now.

Reports later began to speculate that he and his wife of 13 years were having marital problems and were taking time apart. Some blame Brady’s decision to come out of retirement and return to the NFL as the main issue.
