Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady have an excellent split across the board.
The famous couple finalized their divorce on Friday, October 28, after months spent apart and rumors of an impending split.
The couple went through their divorce relatively quickly, and it was all thanks to their “iron claw prenup”.
According to the new Page Six reports, the couple entered the marriage individually wealthy but that wealth multiplied when they tied the knot.

However, both parties make sure to keep their individual business dealings separate from each other.
A source told the outlet, “There was an ironclad prenup set before they got married in 2009. They both have their own business entities, so splitting their wealth isn’t that complicated in the end. The only other major factor is dividing their large property portfolio.”
The Tampa Bay Buccs QB will reportedly keep his $17 million mansion under construction in the Indian Creek Island “billionaire bunker” in Miami, FL. Gisele and Brady bought the property in 2020 and demolished it.

The former VS supermodel on the other hand recently bought a “modest” three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Miami for $1.25 million.
Sources believe he will use the property as an office.
Gisele has also bought another, larger house in the area and she will keep their Costa Rica home.
He took their children there for summer vacations while the former couple went through their separation.

Brady and Gisele have other homes in the Bahamas, Montana and a New York City apartment.
The NYC pad was where Gisele stayed in the midst of their split.
Their divorce documents are confidential, but sources report the former dynamic couple will share joint custody of their children Benjamin (12) and Vivian (9).
Brady’s son, Jack (15), from a previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan was not included in the custody agreement.
Tom Reportedly Tried Everything To Make The Marriage Work

Despite coming out of retirement against his wife’s wishes, the soccer star “wants to do whatever he has to do to fix things” with Gisele.
PEOPLESources insist that Tom “doesn’t want a divorce and he doesn’t want the marriage to end.”
She is reportedly “willing to go to therapy, marriage counseling… whatever it takes to make things work.”
Both Tom and Gisele attended the mandatory “Parent Education and Family Stabilization” course before finalizing their marriage.

According to court documents obtained by Page SixTom completed the course on October 25th and Gisele completed it the following day on the 26th.
Tom “doesn’t want children to have divorced parents; he wants to solve this matter,” per PEOPLE.
He tried to “make things work, and fix things,” but his supermodel wife felt that “it was too little, too late.”
