Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi is talking about her Ozempic use again, and this time, she’s updating fans on her 30-pound weight loss.
GG Is All About Weight Loss Aid

The former Shahs of Sunset star talked months ago about using Ozempic to help her lose weight. Its transparency is surprising, given that most people are willing to keep it a secret instead of honestly using it.
“I see no reason to hide the weight [medication] or cosmetic procedures,” he said to Entertainment Weekly. “Just talk about it because a lot of people out there want to do the same thing or learn about what you’re doing.”
She admits, “Obviously, I didn’t look like this two months ago.” And there was no way he could lie about that, so he told the truth. “So suddenly losing almost 30 lbs., I’d be a liar to say I stopped drinking alcohol and, you know, suddenly started exercising like some people say.”
Ozempic Doesn’t Get the Foodie Way

GG has always loved food and says using Ozempic has not ruined it, as some have assumed. “I’m a little hungry. Look, I’m going to smoke a little and eat for sure,” he joked to the news organization.
She shared in February that her doctor recommended Ozempic because of some underlying health issues. He revealed the news in an Instagram Live broadcast where he also showed his followers how easy it is to inject.
“Unfortunately, because of my health, I had to get a lot of steroid injections last year, which caused me to pack on some weight. I had a really, really, really hard time losing that weight.”
GG Slams Fake Users

The mother of one took to IG Live to slam celebrities who are rumored to be taking the miracle drug but not faking it. “I did what everyone else does and lied. I’m doing weight loss exercises, honey, okay?”
He continued. “I’m not going to lie about it because I always make sure it’s true about what’s false.” In February, he dropped 9 pounds, starting at 137 pounds, and wasn’t shy about sharing it. This is the heaviest GG has ever been, and he needs a reprieve.
“I’ve never, ever been over 121-22 lbs. other than pregnant, so that might not seem like much to a lot of people, but to me, it is.” GG left his followers with a warning that day.
“If you look at people out there who have just lost weight all of a sudden and claim they’re ‘healthy’ for the first time in their lives, or they sobered up from alcohol causing them to gain a lot of weight — which it did, that’s why I don’t want to drink anymore — but most likely, they’re just doing shots.”
