A grandfather was punched in the face while pushing his 10-month-old grandson in a stroller through an affluent California neighborhood outside Los Angeles.
The unsuspecting grandfather was crossing an intersection in Calabasas when he was suddenly accosted by a man wearing a backwards baseball cap, according to security footage of the random attack.
Moments later, without warning, the suspect could be seen quickly curling his arm and punching the grandfather in the face at about 5:45 Tuesday afternoon, according to KTLA.

The man quickly jumped into his car and drove away while the man and his grandson were knocked to the ground for a few seconds.
Witnesses said the baby and victim were not seriously injured, according to KTLA.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department identified the vehicle as a silver 2005 Honda Odyssey with a Nevada license plate.
A neighbor, Mary Steele, said the victim was a “very good member of the community” who had a “beautiful home.”
“People know who he is and the baby is an innocent victim,” he told KTLA.
The striker was still at large on Wednesday.
