Birth & Early Life
Gurudatta Divekar was born on March 16 to Narayan and Viraja Divekar in Pune, Maharashtra. He then moved to Mumbai to pursue his acting career. He is a Mechanical Engineer and also studied theater courses from Prashant Damle Theater School. Gurudatta had an older sister Monalisa Divekar.

Career
Gurudatta Divekar made his debut with Star Pravah Saare Tujhyachsathi serial. The show depicts the story of an arranged marriage of Shruti and Kartik who come from different backgrounds, Shruti is a boxer while Kartik is a classical singer.
Later he appeared in Shubhmangal Online TV Series as Harshad Gawaskar, it is an Indian Marathi television series aired on Colors Marathi, produced by Subodh Bhave.
He was also cast in Tu Saubhagyavati Ho as Rajeev Jadhav. The show expresses the journey of Aishwarya (the lead) to Jadhav’s mansion where she develops a bond between her estranged husband and her elder stepson.
She also appeared in Swarajya Saudamini Tararani as Shehzada Kambaksh.
