During a recent appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, Paltrow, 50, weighed in on her previous bedroom prowess, Ben Affleck and Brad Pitt. The “Seven” actress began dating Pitt in 1994 after they both starred in the film, and were even engaged but ended in 1997.

She began dating Affleck shortly after calling off her relationship with Pitt, but her relationship with the “Gone Girl” actor also hit the ground running in 2000.

In her appearance on the podcast, Paltrow told host Alex Cooper that both men are “good kissers.” She was then questioned by the host about who was better in bed, and she replied, “Brad is like the ultimate chemistry type, the love of your life, kind of, at the time, and then Ben is, like, technically very good.”

At the time, Paltrow lightly expressed concern that her daughter had heard her conversation with Cooper, saying, “I can’t believe my daughter heard this.”

The “Call Her Daddy” podcast, where Paltrow made lewd revelations, shared a funny clip of Apple on Instagram, responded to her mother’s confession by covering her ears.

“Sorry Apple, thanks for supporting the show and your mom on this ep,” the caption read.

Paltrow shared that she wasn’t ready for her daughter to learn about sex education at age 11.

“I remember my kids both went to this great elementary school here in Los Angeles after we got back from London, and they taught them sex in the sixth grade. I am not ready with the information they brought home,” he said, per Insider.

Paltrow added, “I’ll never forget Apple and her best friend Emily sitting at our kitchen table in shock, the color drained from their faces. They taught them everything. Everything. Anything you can think of, they taught 11-year-olds , 12 years old. They were like, ‘Do people do this?'”

In her chat with Cooper on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, Paltrow shared that she felt a huge energy shift right after winning the 1999 Oscar that turned into an identity crisis for her, per Diversity.

“As soon as I won the Oscar, it put me in an identity crisis because if you win the biggest prize, what are you supposed to do? And where should you go?” he said.

“It’s difficult the amount of attention you receive on a night like that and the weeks that follow; it is very confusing. And frankly, very unhealthy. I was like, ‘This is crazy. I don’t know what to do; I don’t know which way up.’ It’s a lot.’”

The actress recalled her acceptance speech, where she cried while thanking her parents, claiming that the English media was after her for it; unbeknownst to them, his father was battling cancer at the time.

“I felt a real pivot that night because I felt like everyone was watching me until that moment. And then, when I won, it was too much, and I could feel the real change,” he said.

The actor continued, “And, you know, I’m 26 years old. I was crying, and people were so mean that I just thought, ‘Wow this huge energy shift is happening. I think I need to learn to be less open and more protective of myself and filter people better.’”

She added, “I remember working in England… and I remember the British press being so horrible that I cried. And they don’t necessarily know that my father is dying of cancer.”
