On Friday night, the five-time Olympic champion took to Instagram to share a few clips chronicling the start of her month. She started the morning with a cool plunge, wearing a red and white gingham bikini. Her hair was tied up as she soaked herself in the tub and then quickly climbed out again.
He then put Ryan Holiday’s “The Daily Stoic: 366 Meditations on Wisdom, Perseverance, and The Art of Living.” She later shared a mirror selfie in which she was wearing an oversized red sweatshirt over black shorts and black flip-flops.
She had an eye mask under each eye as she headed to her desk and lit a candle while giving fans a quick look at the pedicure on her bare feet. She then ends the video with another mirror selfie and she flaunts the peace sign in a white top and orange shorts.
Although she set the music in this video to Taylor Swift’s “August,” Nastia wrote, “Happy September!” in the caption, adding, “It’s always Monday + first girl’s day! anyone else? always feels like a fresh start! The best season is almost here!!!” He added emojis of autumn leaves, a chocolate heart, a cup of coffee and a teddy bear.
“Our season!” shouted a fan. “Monday is my favorite day of the week! And I love the beginning of the month too,” shared another follower. “I love the interior! Very classy and relaxed!” a third fan responded. “Happy September to you too,” another follower wrote as fans lit up her post with red heart emojis.

Just yesterday, the 33-year-old former athlete shared another video with his Instagram followers. She starts the video wearing a tan tank top and a short skirt. He quickly put on a long-sleeved tan sweater and knee-high boots. She added a brown bag over one shoulder and a pair of sunglasses before she stepped out of the frame.

In mid-August, Nastia used her Instagram Stories to give her fans a little more information about her new clothing collection. “back from LA+ in a few weeks.. walked into my office to see my ENTIRE CLOTHES COLLECTION for the first time,” she wrote on a photo of denim jeans. “Not sure if the emotion comes from a bit of exhaustion, or the excitement of years of hard work / seeing a vision come to life before my own eyes..tbh prob a bit of both.”
He continued, “I can’t wait to share everything with you all SOON FREAKING SOON. for now time to get this little photo shoot (cut the biggest shot in a long time) set up and ready for Thursday.. to everyone who has made it happen. THANK YOU-8.15 is always a special day – dreams come true etc. etc. and I guess it’s not just a lucky day after 8.15 is special again this year!”
