Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin may have retired in 2012, but she’s still not done showing off her skills. The Russian-born former athlete continues to show off her gymnastic prowess on social media, and this Instagram share showcases the opportunity and temporary beam. Using a field fence as a beam, Nastia displayed impressive balance and flexibility while rocking a spandex look. Over 1 million of her followers loved the footage and it looks like Nastia can still compete today. Liukin has five Olympic medals, although his IG activity these days is more about brand influence.

Flaunting her stunning figure while showing off her toned frame, Nastia made it Hot Girl Summer in a pair of tight black cycle shorts forming a strappy bodysuit. Nastia looked ready for the gym as she hoisted herself over the whitewashed fence in the middle of a beautiful pitch.
