Halsey isn’t letting anything stop her from enjoying every moment with her baby boy Ender, even a custody battle with her ex Alev Aydin.
The former couple, who were together for nearly four years, split amicably and plan to co-parent their only son, with Halsey asking for full custody.
However, when the singer wanted full physical care, she showed off the little one to her social media followers, obscuring her face but showing how cute she looks.

Halsey loved every moment with little Ender and never failed to capture such moments. She recently uploaded a photo of the toddler on her Instagram Story, showing her wearing a blue jersey paired with matching white socks and sneakers.

The nearly two-year-old also flinched trying to get something from a nearby shelf, revealing her brown curls that were part-tied with the left part down, touching her collar.
The musician’s update comes weeks after he asked a judge to grant him full physical custody of Ender through a petition filed to determine parental relationship with Aydin. The filing is used by parents who are not married but share a child “to establish custody, visitation and child support.”
In documents obtained by The Blast, Halsey stated that she wanted her ex to have full custody of the boy. Accordingly, the September-born child wants visitation to be granted to her child’s father, specifically “reasonable visitation,” according to her lawyer.
The petition would legalize the entire affair and establish a custody schedule. Additionally, Halsey filed a request to reportedly be allowed to travel with Ender since she and Aydin were never married.
Despite including visitation for the screenwriter in the filing, she still asked the court to grant them both “joint” legal custody, giving Aydin the same rights as Halsey to make important decisions for their child, such as schooling, medical and religious issues.
According to the filing, Ender had lived with his parents for a year and eight months in LA, from February until the filing. The “Bad At Love” singer also asked the court to order him and his ex to split the costs of establishing paternity and their attorney charges.

According to The Blast, the tucked-away property has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with the entrance equipped with automatic gates and a garage to fit more than four cars.
The home has three floors, a heated pool, spa, mountain and water views, and a private creek in the backyard. It was built in 1991, but the three-time Billboard Music Award winner has lived there since 2021 after buying it from Liam Payne, a former member of One Direction.
He paid $10.1 million for the asset at the time, implying he would make over a million dollars on the sale after occupying the property for less than three years.
Halsey and Aydin decided to call it quits shortly before his plan to sell, which seemed sudden but was said to be mutually beneficial. While the two haven’t always been open about their relationship, that hasn’t been the case for their breakup since it’s hard to keep the details under wraps.
The 28-year-old and the Turkish-American first sparked dating rumors when they were spotted together at a Lakers game in LA in 2019.
