Although Hannah Ann Sluss is best known for her time on the “Bachelor” franchise, she now focuses on sharing home decor ideas and recipes on social media.
Most recently, Sluss shared the recipe for her ice cream cookie sandwich, which is definitely a hit!

The former “Bachelor” star took to Instagram to share an easy and popular recipe for ice cream cookie sandwiches — perfect for summer.
Sluss grabs Pillsbury cookie dough, bakes the cookies as directed on the package, and then slices the ice cream and turns it into a sandwich. She completed the cookie sandwich by coating the edges with rainbow sprinkles.
“Fun and colorful ice cream cookie sandwiches for your next celebration ?,” Sluss explained in the post before adding, “Jake ate the whole batch because you can freeze them for up to two weeks! ? .”
The three ingredients needed to make this ice cream cookie sandwich are:
- Pillsbury cookie dough
- Ice cream
- Sprinkle
Fans loved the idea as they immediately took to the comments section. One fan loved the way Sluss prepared the ice cream, writing, “The slicing container is next level genius !! It looks so cute.”

After Hannah Ann Sluss was dumped by Peter Weber on “The Bachelor,” she has moved on and is now engaged to former NFL player Jake Funk.
Sluss and Funk first started dating around late 2021, but decided to go public in February 2022. In fact, the two announced their relationship just hours before Funk’s then-team, the Los Angeles Rams, competed for Super Bowl LVI .
“We met a few months ago and as soon as we met, we just had an instant connection and basically [we’ve been] were inseparable from day one,” Sluss said of his relationship with the NFL running back. “Just getting to know him and us together and blending our lives together, it’s been very smooth and easy.”
“I want to wait to share [our relationship] with everyone because it was our decision,” Sluss told Us. “We’re very closed and, you know, that seems to be the best for us right now. With my past, things have become public and nothing really necessarily good has come of it, in my opinion. So keep things private and just have our own lives outside of social media [makes] it’s more of a true and meaningful relationship for us.”
Hannah Ann Sluss announced she and Funk are now engaged in a TikTok video on Wednesday, January 25. Sluss and Funk were seen having a romantic night on the beach as the two enjoyed cocktails and a beautiful candlelit dinner while watching the sunset.
