The former “Bachelor” star focuses on gut health and fitness and tends to share some of her favorite recipes on Instagram with her followers.
Her latest recipe certainly caught the attention of her fans when she shared a healthy recipe for protein donuts!
“Protein donuts ? one of the easiest recipes to prepare for breakfast! ?,” Sluss shared before adding, “you can make it completely your own by adding your favorite protein pancake mix, nuts, syrup and fruit! Enjoy! “
Here’s what you need to make protein donuts, according to Hannah Ann Sluss:
- Protein pancake mix (with the ingredients you need on the back of the box. I bought birch which only needs water)
- Pure maple syrup
- Give me your favorite berry, mine is strawberry
- Your favorite nut, I have chopped pecans
- Cinnamon
- Cooking spray
- Donut tins (I bought mine from Amazon)
Here are the instructions for preparing the protein donut meal:
- Follow directions for protein pancake mix. Spray your muffin tins well and add your pancake batter.
- Add your favorite toppings along with a touch of maple syrup in each donut. Stir the topping with a spoon before baking.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven!

After the former “Bachelor” star had her heart broken by Peter Weber, Hannah Ann Sluss has now found love with someone else – former NFL player Jake Funk.
The two began dating around late 2021, but decided to go public in February 2022 — just hours before Funk’s then-team, the Los Angeles Rams, competed for Super Bowl LVI.
“We met a few months ago and as soon as we met, we just had an instant connection and basically [we’ve been] inseparable from day one,” Sluss said of his relationship with the NFL running back. “Just getting to know him and us together and blending our lives together, it’s been so smooth and easy.”
“I want to wait to share [our relationship] with everyone because it was our decision,” Sluss told Us. “We’re very closed and, you know, that seems to be the best for us right now. With my past, things were publicized and nothing really good came of it, in my opinion. So keep things private and just have our own lives outside of social media [makes] it’s more of a true and meaningful relationship for us.”
Hannah Ann Sluss announced she and Funk are now engaged in a TikTok video on Wednesday, January 25. Sluss and Funk were seen having a romantic night on the beach as the two enjoyed cocktails and a beautiful candlelit dinner while watching the sunset.
