A possible reunion between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and King Charles III maybe on the way.
According to recent reports, this comes weeks after the couple called the king during his 75th birthday, although they were not present at the celebration.
Sources now claim that the two know they need the King and his blessings more and are set to make moves to reunite with him next year.

Harry and Meghan did not attend this year’s celebrations at King Charles’ Sandringham home despite early speculation that they were open to coming.
Now, according to a royal author, Ingrid Seward, the two are allegedly planning to reunite with the monarch next year in a bid to end the long-running feud between their families.
In an interview with GB newsSeward claimed that the two made the move because they realized that “they needed the King and his blessing far more than the King needed them.”
He also mentioned that a possible meeting between the two sides next year would be an opportunity for King Charles to see his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet, again.
“Obviously, King Charles wanted to see his children and grandchildren, and last summer, he apparently invited them to Balmoral, but they turned him down,” Seward told the publication, per Mirror.
Harry And Meghan Call On King Charles III On His 75th Birthday

News of Harry and Meghan’s plans to reunite with King Charles comes after they first reached out to him in a phone call on his 75th birthday. Their friendly conversation reportedly marked a “tipping point” in their relationship with him and was seen as an early attempt to rebuild relations with the king.
As well as Harry and Meghan speaking to the King, their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, also sent their grandfather happy birthday wishes. They did so via a pre-recorded video in which they were seen singing “Happy Birthday.”
Harry and Meghan did not attend the royal celebrations despite contacting the king. At the time, it was claimed that neither had received an invitation from The Firm.
As for their proposed visit, it is still to be determined when it will happen. However, previous reports suggested that it could take place at the King’s home in Scotland, without Harry’s brother, Prince William, present.

The last time the Sussexes saw the King was at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral last September.
A day after the funeral, the couple returned to their Montecito residence on a public flight after allegedly being denied permission to re-board Air Force One with US President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill.
It was reported that granting such a request “would cause uproar” and “strained relations with the palace,” each Page Six.
Almost a year later, Harry went to his father’s coronation, but Meghan stayed in California with the children. It was suggested that Meghan was not there because it was Archie’s birthday on the same day as the coronation.
While visiting, Harry did not participate in the balcony event after the church service; instead, he immediately went to the airport.
The Fab Four Still Feud

While Harry and Meghan’s relationship with King Charles may be on the mend, the same cannot be said for their relationship with Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton.
Previous reports claimed that the relationship between the two parties was non-existent, having steadily declined since Harry and Meghan chose to step back from their roles in the royal family in 2020.
It is also claimed that William is one of the people who is actively trying to undermine the Sussexes by leaking information about them to the media.

Since the rumors blew up online, several sources close to William have denied the claims, saying they conflict with the persona of the heir to the British throne.
“[Prince William] always kept tight-lipped when it came to his family and made it clear to anyone in his orbit that he would not do ‘deals’ with the media,” they said, per Daily Mail.
Recently, sources told People’s Magazine that Kate and William have “moved on” from their rift with Harry and Meghan. Whether this means there is room for reconciliation between the fab four remains to be seen.
