Heather Rae El Moussa has shared a new update as a first-time mom.
The reality star, who keeps fans updated on big and small events in her personal and professional life, once again shared how she bounced back after welcoming her son Tristan Jay in January. She uploaded several videos showing how proud she is of working tirelessly on her body with the support of her certified trainer Paulina Stein.

Heather has proven to fans how keen she is to smash her body goals and get back to her pre-baby body, just four months after she welcomed her first child with husband Tarek El Moussa.
To that end, the Playboy Playmate of the Month for February 2010 uploaded two videos to his Instagram Story, starting with one of him doing an aerobic exercise that required the support of a chair and a yellow resistance band.
The mother-of-one posed in a semi-squat position, flexing her legs in and out, as Stein encouraged her off-camera to bend her lower back more. Across the clip, Heather tagged a celebrity trainer and weight loss coach and wrote:
“This is NOT fun. But love seeing progress & feeling strong again.”

In the second reel, the “Love in the Time of Machines” actor performs a modified version of a stair jump with a dumbbell in his left hand. He donned a white long-sleeved top, black sweatpants with skinny bottoms, and matching shoes for both moves.
Heather kept her blonde hair from disrupting her routine by putting a piece in a large braid and holding the loose ends in a ponytail. The last time she gave her millions of followers a glimpse of her postpartum body, she shared that she felt weak.
As noted by The Blast, multiple views of her wearing a gray long-sleeved top, black leggings and complementary sneakers were shared on her Instagram Stories. While the first clip shows the real estate agent doing squats on a pink yoga mat, the second clip features her balancing on her elbows and knees on the floor while stretching her left leg in the air.
The first video came with the caption, “Back from vacay & back to training @paulinastein. We’re slowly building; my body is still weak after giving birth.” The second is accompanied by the words, “Work hard.”

In the midst of her quest to get her old body back, Heather has been taking advantage of every opportunity to enjoy quality time with Tarek. The lovebirds took a much-needed trip earlier this week, and the “Selling the Sunset” star made sure to show off their infidelity on social media.

The 35-year-old started with a picture of herself and her husband in a car and wrote, “19 hour quick trip to Vegas. @tarekelmoussa.” Next, the California-born beauty shared a mirror selfie, where she stunned in a pink knee-length dress.
The dress accentuates her curves and hips thanks to its ruched design. Her beauty is also accentuated by her perfectly styled hair, well drawn eyebrows, winged liner, brown eyeshadow, pink lipstick, and beautiful earrings.
A third photo from Heather shows “The Flipping El Moussas” star looking relaxed, with Tarek wearing his signature black face mask, matching crew neck t-shirt, silver necklace and jeans. Then there’s a six-second clip that showcases a hallway decorated with gold ceiling lights, blue curtains, and eye paintings on the walls.
The happy model wrote “Cathédrale – Las Vegas” on it. The pair reappear in a fifth Instagram Story, with Heather putting one hand on Tarek’s shoulder and covering his mouth with the other as they share a laugh.
The latest update shows they are ready to get back to their baby boy and home life. “Now back to our little love @tarekelmoussa,” the Netflix celebrity typed along with the timestamp.
In a joint Instagram post, the doting parents expressed their excitement at coming home with Tristan, adding an image of them cuddling up as proof. In the caption, they stated:
“Less than 24 hours in Vegas together to laugh, be silly & connect ?. Go home to our sweet boy. Mom and Dad’s date nights are special, but we miss them ??.”
