Heather Rae El Moussa has marked her first milestone as a mother!
Ever since she welcomed her first child with her husband, Tarek El Moussa, the reality star has been on the go, constantly sharing updates on the “new mom” with her fans and followers. In her latest update, the mother-of-one shared her plans to handle her life and career while celebrating her baby’s first month anniversary.

From telling her followers when she was pregnant to sharing an intimate look at the nursery and the baby’s name, Heather stays honest and open about that part of her life. The “Selling Sunset” star continued in that role, uploading two sweet photos showing her holding her baby boy, Tristan Jay.
In the first image, the doting mum looks straight into the camera, holding a wide-eyed Tristan in her arms. A swipe to the left shows Heather smothering her son — still wide open — with a kiss on his temple.

For the photo, the real estate agent wore a gray long-sleeved top, black pants and a white cloth over her shoulders to protect her clothes from Tristan’s vomit. Heather wrote:
“It’s the last day of February and it’s been a month full of love, mama adjustments, work from home days, breastfeeding ups and downs, the best newborn hugs, sleepless nights & lots and lots of family time.”
He noted that even though February has been kind to his family, he’s had a “good feeling” about March since “Flipping El Moussas premiered on March 2nd (ah!!!!).” Until then, the 35-year-old is more focused on “trying to balance it all.”
Although he didn’t ask for it, several people chose to share some “sound advice” with him in the comments section. “cute. don’t overdo it. work can wait to spend this time with him. this time goes by so fast enjoying every moment,” commented one.
The second person shouted, “Don’t balance! Be a mother! Nothing else matters!” A third commenter encouraged Heather to ask for help without shame, and a fourth told her to take six months of maternity leave “at least!”
“From one realtor mom to another, you got this!!!!! It is very difficult at first trying to find your site; but once you do, it’s just like riding a bike!” another fan wrote.
Heather followed the post with an Instagram Story featuring Tristan in a onesie and a text overlay that read, “Hey guys, I’m a month old today!!!!” The “Love in the Time of Machines” actress’ celebratory post comes just weeks after she told her followers what being a new mother means to her.

As reported by The Blast, she uploaded the 20-second video to her Instagram Story, stating, “So I’ve been out of commission because I’ve been busy with my little angel baby boy and just getting used to being a new mom.”
Heather detailed that while she was “disappointed” not to be with Tarek at “today’s reveal for one of our houses for ‘Flipping El Moussas’ and one of our rounds,” there’s nowhere else she’d rather be “than with me a little love day this.”
Real Estate Couple Share Updates On Their Upcoming HGTV Series
The Blast reported last month that Heather and Tarek released a joint post featuring a promo clip for the upcoming “The Flipping El Moussas.” The Instagram update, which revealed that viewers will get a full look at their lives, also revealed some new — and old — information about the series.
“You can expect big BIG things from bigger rounds, bigger budgets, bigger business moves,… bigger bellies,” the duo gushed in the caption before adding:
“Being able to work together has been our dream since we were together. We’ve always talked about how great it would be to combine our expertise and now, it’s here!! We learn from each other, we laugh & at each other, and we get better and better with each round!”
As expected, the couple’s statement drew applause from their fans, with many not commenting on the HGTV project. While one claimed that the show was going to be “awesome,” another commented that Heather and Tarek did an excellent job with the designs seen in the promo trailer.
