Heather Rae Young has another ‘baby update’ for her three million followers!
Ever since the reality star and her husband, Tarek El Moussa, announced that they’re expecting baby number one together, the former hasn’t been shy about sharing the progress of her baby bump. To that end, the mother-to-be has told fans about her latest attempt to get rid of pregnancy fatigue and pain.
Heather Rae Young Overcomes Pregnancy Fatigue
In the 33-second clip that Heather uploaded to her Instagram Story, she is wearing a gray hooded dress. Her blonde locks were pulled back from her lightly made-up face in a bun. After calling it a “baby update,” the 35-year-old revealed she’s in her third trimester. He continued:
“I feel very tired, more than I have experienced the whole pregnancy. Like, I could just go back to bed and sleep, but I’m growing as a person, right?”
Speaking about her recent sciatica nerve issue, Heather said, “Back pain [is] do a little better. I did physical therapy, and then I tried acupuncture therapy. So, I will do acupuncture again. I was a little nervous [because] it’s like I just did it all over again — years ago.”
Even so, he admitted that he was willing to continue the treatment because it helped. The “Selling Sunset” star concluded, “everything’s good. I’m leaving [sic] meet baby boy today! So, I’m excited,” before ending the recording.
As expected, she returned later to drop sonogram images on her Story. Marking her baby daddy, the “Tarek’s Flip Side” star told, “He’s all snuggled up.” Heather’s update comes almost a week after her last update.

The Blast reported that the earlier clip showed the expectant mother sitting in a car that appeared to be parked in the distance. “The Internship” actress looked radiant in diamond studs and large white-rimmed sunglasses.
The 40-second clip begins with the former model admitting that her back pain prompted her to start weekly physical therapy. When that didn’t help, Heather turned to acupuncture for the first time, hoping it would turn things around. He claimed that while he received suggestions from his fans, “absolutely nothing helped,” adding:
“It seems from all my moms I’ve talked to, and many haven’t helped at all [the] baby out. So, hope that doesn’t happen because it hurts. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, but I’m hoping that all these treatments I’m doing will, at least, relieve some of the pain.
Real Estate Agent Tempting to Look at Baby Nursery
The Blast reported last month that Heather had been teasing fans with her idea for her unborn baby boy’s nursery. Right after the “Malibu Horror Story” actress put the finishing touches on the room, she posted four images featuring the whitewashed walls on Instagram.

In the first slide, the seemingly calm environment includes a nude sofa, a white bed and a brown center rug. The wall where the baby is placed is designed with a large gray leaf print with potted plants placed nearby.
The decor also includes a piece of wood leaning against the wall, between the wall shelf and the crib. Swipe left to reveal the second crib – a blue bed, a chandelier, a white single seat, a footstool, a wall shelf and a tree painted on the wall.
Meanwhile, the nursery in the last photo is minimalist, with neutral, plain, leaf-patterned walls matching perfectly with the white bed next to it. A printed rug covers the room with potted greenery adorning the corner near the crib.
Heather explained in the caption that although she was away from home for work, she had returned to meet the nursery almost finished. He mentions that he has a “vision” he’s working on — referring to an idea he shared with his followers back in August.
The enthusiastic real estate agent, who had fun planning everything, concluded, “None of these pictures really capture what I want, but there’s definitely one in there that I like the vibe of… can you guess which one! ? 1, 2, 3, or 4!?” Fans immediately took to the comments to make their best guesses.
